The dairy “ Mozzarella Express Cheese Factory L.L.C.” He born in the Emirate of Dubai, UAE, in 2015 ,with the intent to publicize typical dairy products of Southern Italy in all the United Arab emirates. The staff, thanks to 20 years of experience in various dairies in Campania, Italy, every day, turns Buffalo Milk made in Italy and Cow milk, in mozzarella and derivatives. The company's objective is to offer the most refined and demanding high-quality products, whilst ensuring compliance with the rules of hygiene, naturalness and freshness of the products guaranteed by the craftsmanship. The buffalo milk and cow's suitable for the typical mozzarella of Campania, Italy, comes from highly selected farms and strictly controlled and certified, located in areas with a designation of origin. The highly qualified personnel commitment proud of the best Italian dairy tradition, as well as the use of high technology and advanced equipment, allow to obtain a finished product fresh and of high quality.
