THE COMPANY

The dairy “Mozzarella Express Cheese Factory L.L.C ”. was built in the Emirate of Dubai, UAE, with the intent to publicize typical dairy products of Southern Italy in all the United Arab Emirates.

The master cheesemaker, all Italians, every day, take turns breaking up the compacted mass, which looks an enormous white pie and is called “cagliata”,
into a myriad of small pieces of mozzarella and derivative products.
This operation requires skill, rapidity and strenght.

The company’s objective is to offer the most refined and high-quality products, garanteeing hygiene, naturalness and freshness of the products.

Mozzarella comes in two forms: one is made from fresh cow’s milk and the other is made from the milk of water buffaloes, called “mozzarella di bufala”.

The buffalo milk and the cow’s milk, suitable for the typical mozzarella of Campania and generally of Italy, come from highly selected strictly controlled and certified farms, located in specified geographical areas with a designation of origin.

It carries the D.O.P. (Denomination of Protected Origin) label.

The highly qualified personal commitment, proud of the best Italian diary tradition, as well as the use of high technology and advanced equipment allow to obtain a finished fresh product of high quality.
